<h3>What is a Digital X-ray?</h3>&nbsp;A Digital X-ray is a non-invasive test that generates images from inside your body, primarily your bones. The images are then processed through our digital image capture system. The X-ray process may take up to 15 minutes. Results are provided to the provider immediately and discussed during of your visit avoiding multiple visits.During your appointment, our providers can promptly assess and provide accurate diagnosis after viewing the x-ray images and discuss appropriate treatment options.Please contact our office for any questions regarding our X-ray services.

<h3>What are Immunizations?</h3>&nbsp;Immunizations are a process that produces immunity or resistance through vaccination to protect from specific disease or infections.&nbsp;We offer a variety of immunizations in office including:<ul><li>Hepatitis A and B</li><li>Adacel/Tdap/Dtap</li><li>HIB</li><li>MMR</li><li>Varicella</li><li>Meningitis</li><li>PPD</li><li>Gardasil</li><li>Pneumonia</li><li>Shingrix</li><li>Polio</li><li>HPV</li><li>Manactra</li><li>Influenza and High dose Flu</li></ul>Our clinic also offers injections that are a liquid medication or nutrients. A list those injections are as followed:<ul><li>B12</li><li>Rocephin</li><li>Phenergan</li><li>Toradol</li><li>Kenalog</li></ul>Our medical providers will address any risk or side effects associated. Furthermore, they will address other treatment options or alternatives available. Some of these immunizations may require follow up doses. Immunizations and Flu Shots

We believe the best care is delivered by becoming acquainted with each of our patients and strive to develop long term relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective communication and documentation is an important part of the patient-provider relationship. We utilize the latest computer technology to assure the accuracy and privacy of your medical records.&nbsp;Our medical professionals work as a team to coordinate your treatment and long-term care. If your primary care physician is unavailable, you can trust that one of our experienced medical professionals will be familiar regarding your medical history.&nbsp;During your assessment, you can expect a combination of variable elements, including vitals, documentation of medical history, developing a plan of treatment, health education and screening. Our medical providers will evaluate current and previous medical history to accurately diagnose and provide appropriate treatment options. You may require external services that in most circumstances require a referral.&nbsp;The referral process may take between 7-14 business days to complete. Many factors contribute to how promptly we can complete the referral. Some of those factors include, but are not limited to insurance determination response time, obtaining corresponding medical records, insurance and benefit verification, and locating a specialist or imaging facility that can schedule the patient in a reason time frame.&nbsp;&nbsp;At Premier Urgent Care, we make every effort to be accessible to you when you need us with convenient office and urgent treatment as needed. &nbsp;

<h3>What is Dermatology?</h3><h4>&nbsp;</h4>Dermatology is the study of skin, hair, and nails. Our health care team can diagnose most dermatological conditions and treat them effectively. For chronic rash or skin related concerns, our health care professionals may biopsy the area in question and send samples to UCSF Dermatopathology for accurate diagnosis to initiate treatment and refer to a specialist if needed. &nbsp;

<h3>What is a Diet and Nutrition?</h3>&nbsp;Diet is the sum of food consumed by an individual to restrict weight or manage a medical condition. Nutrition is the consumption of food substances into one’s body for health and growth. Our health care team advocates good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.&nbsp;Good nutrition includes many fruits, vegetables, protein, regulating whole grain and dairy intake. The choices made regarding your nourishment can impact your health. Without knowledge or education of good nutrition can sometimes lead to not obtaining the necessary nutrition we need. Our office provides convenient laboratory services in-house and can generate orders to labs in surrounding areas. Our providers review the lab results to analyze additional patient care that is not visible during a physical or office visit. We want to ensure we are monitoring your health and if necessary, determine future treatment. Any abnormalities or concerns regarding the results will be address by your health care team. PT, PTT</li><li>Instant RBS</li><li>PPD Skin test</li><li>Rapid Strep Test</li><li>Covid Nuclear acid test*for travel</li><li>Covid Swab Antigen *not for travel</li><li>Rapid Flu and COVID test *results in 30 minutes</li><li>Titers: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A, and Hepatitis B&nbsp;</li><li>Cultures for Wound and Marsa Swabs</li><li>Collection of biopsy samples</li><li>Pap Smears</li><li>Collections for Gonorrhea, Syphilis and tuberculosis testing</li></ul>&nbsp;We are providing COVID-19 PCR and rapid COVID-19 antigen testing in office. Our rapid COVID-19 antigen testing can generate results in under 30 minutes. Our lab also collects laboratory sample for Quest Diagnostics.
