Effective communication and documentation is an important part of the patient-provider relationship. We utilize the latest computer technology to assure the accuracy and privacy of your medical records. 

Our medical professionals work as a team to coordinate your treatment and long-term care. If your primary care physician is unavailable, you can trust that one of our experienced medical professionals will be familiar regarding your medical history. 

During your assessment, you can expect a combination of variable elements, including vitals, documentation of medical history, developing a plan of treatment, health education and screening. Our medical providers will evaluate current and previous medical history to accurately diagnose and provide appropriate treatment options.You mayrequire external services that in most circumstances require a referral. 

The referral process may take between 7-14 business days to complete. Many factors contribute to how promptly we can complete the referral. Some of those factors include, but are not limited to insurance determination response time, obtaining corresponding medical records, insurance and benefit verification, and locating a specialist or imaging facility that can schedule the patient in a reason time frame.
